JDPOMME takes any precautions to ensure that all the contents in this website are up to date. However, it can’t guarantee its customers that the website will work with no interruption caused by lack of Internet connection.

bobmarongiu.it may have links from our website to other third party websites and materials; such links are provided exclusively for information purposes and we do not have any control whatsoever over the contents of such websites or materials. Accordingly, we accept no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of such links.

The information or personal details that you provide us shall be processed pursuant to the Data Protection Policies. By using this website you are consenting to the processing of such information and details and you represent that the whole information or details you have provided us with are true and accurate.

By using this website and/or by placing any order through it, you undertake:

1. To use the website exclusively to make legitimate enquiries or orders.
2. Not to make any speculative, false or fraudulent orders. If we are reasonably of the opinion that such an order has been made we shall be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.
3. To provide correct and accurate e-mail, postal and/or other contact details to us and acknowledge that we may use these details to contact you in the event that this should prove necessary.

If you do not give us all of the information that we need, we may not be able to complete your order. By placing an order through the website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable
of entering into binding contracts.

6. Shopping conditions

You must be 18 years old or older, have a valid email address and have one of the following cards to certificate payments: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Postepay.
The prices (in Euros) displayed at bobmarongiu.it include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge.
The delivery charge for each order will depends on the weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process.

7. Delivery

JDPOMME exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with the territories and Nations indicated on the website.

All the products are delivered with an invoice that indicates each item value in Euros. For the items on sale the bill indicates the discounted price.

After receiving your order confirmation we will deliver your purchase as soon as possible. We will deliver 5 days a week; from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5:30 pm. Order made at weekends will be purchased on the following Monday. Delivery time may change due to order confirmation time.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

Customers are asked to check the item as soon as they receive it.

If the item you have received is defective, please notify JDPOMME Srl promptly at jdpomme@gmail.com.

8. Returns

You may exercise your contractual right of withdrawal anytime. However, you should inform us about your intention of withdrawing writing an email to jdpomme@gmail.com not later than 14 days from the day you received the items which must be sent 14 days after you inform us about your intention of withdrawing. Please, indicate the items you will send back, the reason and the reimbursement asked.

bobmarongiu.it will send you a confirmation email will the procedure you should follow to send the items back.

On the email we will suggest you the courier that will pick up you purchase for free. If you will chose a different courier the fees will be paid by the client.

9. Refund

Clients can ask for the same item in different colour and size only if available. The new item can be sent following the same procedure.

Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you a notice of cancellation via email, confirming receipt of the parcel.

If you have paid by credit card your balance will be refunded within 10 days after you returned the items. Time depends on bank accounts and credit cards.

If a Paypal or a bank transfer was used to make payment, the store will refund the applicable amount to the same debit or credit card you used for your initial purchase and with the same currency.

Each item is delivered in a bobmarongiu.it box and they all have a security band that shouldn’t be cut or broken. Clothes don’t have to be used, washed or have any sign they have been used. Everything received inside the box have to be sent back as well as the box which is part of the purchase.

If the item you have received is defective or if there are any mistake in the items shipment you have to follow the above instruction. Bobmarongiu.it may ask to take picture of defective item before accept the refund at its expense.
